About Our Chapter
A Letter From Our Chapter President
Welcome to the Indiana Theta chapter of Pi Beta Phi at Valparaiso University! I am honored to serve as Chapter President alongside our incredible leadership team and thrilled to give back to the organization that has given so much to me.
Pi Beta Phi is a Fraternity for Women whose mission is to promote friendship, develop women of intellect and integrity, cultivate leadership potential and enrich lives through community service. Our women live out this mission in their everyday lives by holding themselves to a high standard of membership. This can be seen in the sincere friendships we have with one another, the hundreds of hours of community service we do yearly, and our organization’s overall positive image on campus. Our members are active both in and outside of the chapter, leading and serving in student organizations, on sports teams, and in various areas of academia.
Membership in Pi Beta Phi has presented me with some of my favorite collegiate experiences. I have been able to serve the chapter for two consecutive years, all the while making lifelong friendships and being continually inspired by the women who have served before me. I never knew true sincerity until I was a part of this sisterhood. The women in this chapter are down to earth and encouraging, and I am very lucky to call them my sisters. I am forever thankful that I found my home in Pi Beta Phi.
